    • currently full-time (enrolled in at least 12 credit hours) degree-seeking candidates to complete the transfer application.
    • Due to enrollment limitations, Notre Dame does not accept transfer applications for the Mendoza College of Business or the School of Architecture.

1. A completed application,.
2. An official college transcript sent to the Admissions Office directly from each college attended. 
3. Course descriptions for each course taken. Please do not send course catalogs. Science and Engineering applicants are required to send a copy of the course syllabus from each course. The College of Arts and Letters also strongly encourages students to send syllabi in addition to course descriptions.
4. A completed Personal Record Form completed by the student’s academic advisor or dean from the most recent college attended.
5. An official final high school transcript. (Although we retain First Year files for two years, if you applied to Notre Dame as a freshman, you still must send a final transcript.)
6. Official SAT or ACT score report(s). We will accept scores listed on an official high school transcript.
7. Official Advanced Placement examination results must be submitted to be considered for transfer credit. A copy of an AP student report form will suffice.
8. The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), which must be taken if the student’s native language is not English. The TOEFL is not required if a student has an SAT Critical Reading score of 600 or higher.
9. A $65 nonrefundable application fee.
10. One letter of recommendation from a professor or teaching assistant at your current institution is recommended.
